All admin matters like permit, fees, porters, supplies were managed flawlessly and on time.
Along the hike coffee, lunch, dinner, breakfast service was a great experience for fathers and kids.
Quality of tents, iso mattrasses, sleeping bags etc was great and comfortable throughout a cold night at 2750m elevation.

Most impressively, Sam spent all of his extra time burning trash that had been left behind by other campers. He went over and beyond to take care of the mountain. Use these guys. They are fabulous.

Big shoutout to my guide, Abdul,... read more for being a great companion, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole journey. As a solo female traveller, I really appreciated how he made me feel safe and comfortable, and more like a friend than just a guide. He was always supportive and attentive, and even helped me take photos along the way. He is also good at switching from Bahasa to English whenever I don't understand certain words/phrases of Bahasa.

Also, special mention to Pak Ram (sorry if I misspelled his name!) for lending me his trekking pole during the summit attack of Mount Raung. It honestly helped me a lot, especially on the steeper sections during both the ascent and descent.

Mount Raung itself should definitely not be underestimated—it was physically demanding and tiring, especially during the summit push. But having such supportive and experienced guides made a huge difference and gave me the confidence to complete it safely.

What I really loved about this trip was how everything was so well organized. This 5-day trip was a customizable itinerary, and the team planned everything seamlessly. From the pick-up, transport, accommodation, and all the logistics between the different mountains, everything was already arranged and included. Even the drivers were friendly, which made all the transfers comfortable. I didn’t have to worry about anything at all and could just focus on enjoying the climbs.

Overall, the whole experience was very smooth and stress-free. I’m really grateful for the team and how well they took care of everything. I would highly recommend Climb Indonesia and will definitely use their services again to climb other mountains in Indonesia! :)))
